“We lived here for almost 5 years and overall enjoyed our time at Boulder Ridge! The property manager(Mariah) was always so nice and always gave quick responses when we needed to reach out on something. Maintenance was always super pleasant and helpful as well. The playground was a hit for our toddler, and was so nice to be able to have right in our backyard. The units could use a bit of updating in terms of newer cabinets and other items, but the units are usually in great shape otherwise. The rent is usually increased at least annually which is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5, as the rent seemed to increase but the cosmetic updates within apartments didn't change often enough for current residents to account for yearly rent increases.”
