Lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. Management was very good and quick to respond with issues. It's a great spot in St. Joe that is convenient to most things but not too close.

Its nice but they the rent has gone up over 100$ in the last 4 years, even increasing it during the pandemic.

Clean and well kept community. I really enjoy the fitness room and the convenient location.
