High crime rates. Poorly managed. Over priced. Maintenance will not complete requests for repairs. If there is a fee, gatewood will charge you that fee.

Very unprofessional business. I would not recommend anyone ever live here.***cue in the response from owner***"we have no records of you staying here"...the exact response they give to a lot of 1 star reviews.Gatewood is shady.
