“Since Store Space took over, I have had ongoing issues with billing. It's supposed to be auto payed, but this is the second time I was called to say I'm behind on my rent. I checked my records and the rent (that keeps going up) was paid a little over a month ago, but not this month. I decided to go get my stuff and find a different storage place, but there's a big red lock on it! And nobody in the office to settle my account. I saw an alarming number of other big locks on other units, which makes me wonder, is this happening to most of them too??? The woman that called said I could settle over the phone, but there's no way I'm giving my credit info to some random person who calls me and says I should.UPDATE: I received a call from a manager named April who bent over backward to fix this situation, even coming in on her day off to meet with me. She was kind and very considerate.”
