“As much as it pains me to write this down I have to give Wells Fargo Rogers Minnesota a good review. I made a payment through bill pay that was clearly confirmed but never delivered. After dealing with 150% complete incompetent humans with the 800 numbers and the idiots that do not understand ENGLISH or I CAN NOT understand them. I decided to go into the Rogers Minnesota branch. Pam Kurey (teller) was awesome. She did what she was able to do and then directed me to Ethan the branch manager. I sat with Ethan for about 15 minutes and after a total of 45 minutes being at the branch everything was taken care of 100% and efficiently. Like I said it pains me to say this and to give Wells Fargo a good review but they deserve it this time.”
