“New location in Maple Grove. Plenty of parking, just off Elm Creek Boulevard. Outside drive up tellers. No actual live tellers inside but PTM tellers-which offer live video chats with a personal teller. My complaint that the PTMs are kinda close together & I wouldn't want someone to listen to my conversation with the teller. There are live bankers to assist with loans, cashiers checks, safe deposit boxes & notary functions.”
“Spire credit is great. However, Blaze is not a good bank name. The word blaze does not mean blaze a trail. That is trailblazer (that might have worked). Someone should have looked up the definition: - A very large fiercely burning fire - Used to express anger, bewilderment or surprise ( like when I tried to find my spire app and blaze just appeared without my permission) I don't really care, but had to relay what I'm sure a lot of people are thinking. I'm sure the Marketing department will be fighting that comparison until it changes. See how many hits you get with google search the word blaze.”

“I have been with BMO for a few years now, and it actually has customer service. I came to this location to get a new debit card and to make a deposit. After seeing the teller, I worked with a banker to get my new card. I believe I was in the branch for about 10 minutes, at most. There has not been a negative experience in branch or on the phone with BMO. They value me as a customer and work hard to ensure that any issues are quickly resolved and questions are thoroughly answered. I typically only use their online services, so it's nice to see that in-person services are just as friendly and effective.”

“My mom and I had a terrific experience at the Arbor Lakes Bank of America this morning. We were met with excellent, understanding, and customer-focused service (rather than pushy, as I've experienced before). We were assisted in producing proof of account documents and making changes to my account type. I want to give a huge shout-out to Carlos for his personable, helpful approach and patience with us both. Additionally, Anna was in town and was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Never any problems, but also never really needed a banker's help with anything until a week or so ago, and they really came through in an amazing way.
