“I got delayed in traffic and pulled into the drive through at BankWest in Rockford at 6:03, and the closed signs were lit up on the canopy, so I just passed through. The wonderful lady inside saw me and motioned me to back up to the window. After I sent my check through the tube, I realized I didn't send my ID. I asked through the speaker if she needed my ID. She said no, I recognize your face. She cashed my check and thanked me for coming. Try getting that kind of service at one of the big banks!”

“I am shocked by the negative reviews for the Elk River branch of US Bank. I have been a customer at this branch for the past 17 years, and have always had a good experience. I have had numerous dealings over the years: notary, cashing checks, withdrawals from my account, loans, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks and have ALWAYS been treated in a very polite and respectful manner. These folks are definitely a 5 star group in my book. I have a feeling many of the people that wrote a negative review went in the bank with a chip on their shoulder to start with.
