He goes above and beyond for his customers, he listens and never argues but if the customer is wrong he is firm without being disrespectful. He is the only reason I have stayed with the branch for so long and I hope he gets the credit he deserves. He should be the personal banker he only needs tellers to help him. He has been able to run the branch all this time and knows how to do everything. We really didn’t need someone that thinks he knows everything and will argue with the client without listening.
