“I had a complication with my mobile direct deposit. 2 weeks ago, I deposited a check for $2k from my new employer. The check was on hold for a week, which is unheard of. I consulted with the off-site banking, and they couldn't help me. So I had no choice but to come to a branch. I spoke to a beautiful bilingual teller(Spanish)! She redirected me to her manager, Tom. Tom insured me that he would have my issue resolved within 2 hours. I came into the branch at 2 PM and Tom called me at 3:50 PM. Tom notified me that my funds have been released from my hold of my current new employer check. This is a prime example of excellent customer service.
