“A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.
While I hope to not have to have the pleasure of returning, in the event I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of with a great outcome. My car looks and feels brand new and I couldn’t be happier.”

“Great people and service. Prices seem aligned with industry and work can be sent to other shops to get work completed quickly. Quality of work is very good--bumper and fender looks brand new.
Communication between insurance and shop (assignment) took some work to straighten out--which was likely my insurance company's fault. The communication between shops could be improved--a few details were missed when my work was transferred to another shop. Easily cleared up during a call and visit but the process/systems should be improved to reduce work.”

“I've purchased multiple high end exterior body components for my Nissan 370z through NLP. Each of the ordered items required a significant lead time (due to hand made parts), so there's a certain level of apprehension. I assure you that you will be in good hands! Communication is superior before, during and upon arrival.
Prior to purchasing the parts I had several questions about multiple parts, timing, shipping, fitment, etc... I ask a lot of questions and I'm slow to make a purchase. Lance was able to answer all my questions; but, more importantly he was patient. NLP understands that the purchase needs to fit your car's build type and personality. Lance was able to provide a list of options that might work well as a suitable alternative, yet was never pushy to make a sale.

“Mr. Yang Is a great guy who knows his stuff. Super nice and honest guy. Brought an alternator there and had him test it and immediately he told me what was wrong with it as I already knew the diodes were shot. He rebuilt the alternator within hours and had it looking and running like new again. Don't waste 200+ to buy refurbished alternators at auto parts store when you can have it rebuilt for half the cost and lifetime warranty. It's a win win.”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“I had such a great experience at this AutoZone on Monday with Charles and team! Before arriving, I called to see if they could help with my AC - I thought I needed coolant but Charles very nicely told me I was actually looking for refrigerant. I arrived 5 minutes later and Charles tried to top off the refrigerant but the car wasn’t taking any so he and another team member, Tyrese, did some additional troubleshooting. My outside temp was stuck at -22 so we tried changing the outside temp sensor. Still -22. Tried resetting the battery. Still -22. It was hot and humid but Charles and his team did everything they could to help me out. Would definitely recommend this team. Thanks again!”

“ABC, body repair has been the best auto repair in the 46 years. I have been driving and the different places I’ve taken my car too. Nobody has been able to do a better job with a company that cares more about how your vehicle looks and wants it to be as good as they’re very own vehicle, they take very very good care of their clients. I don’t say Customer because they don’t treat people like they treat them very special. They realize that first time is by chance second time is by choice. when they’re gone, they’re gonna be missed. It’s gonna be hard to find somebody that can replace them with the same quality of service and I’ve been to many different body shops, including mostly the ones that are specific to my vehicles, but nobody can do a better job than ABC that I learned from my mother, who demanded I give them the opportunity to work in my car one of the rare times she was 100% correct I love her but when it comes to things like auto repair or things a little more technical, you know, you have to be careful. She’s a wonderful woman who sent me to a wonderful auto repair , ABC was the best and I will miss them. They’re gone.”

“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
