Pricing isn't very transparent and you can just feel the pressure they exert to get you off the phone quickly

If you're needing help, you just need to call the number 611 or the 800 number or asurion if you have a replacement need because the store will not help you with anything other than buying a new phone

I went in a few days ago with our old phones, and with new Verizon sevice, the girls there set our phones up with no problem, I felt so well taken care of, and we love the service, I see why Verizon is number one. ❤️ Love it.
