She didn't make me feel like a number. She didn't rush me, she didn't try to talk me into the biggest commission, she presented me with options customized to what I was looking for. This will be my 3rd carrier in the last 25 years. If every interaction is like this one, this will be my last carrier. Thank you Akenya, I wasn't looking forward to this, you made it easy. (Added bonus, the upfront cost I expected based on what others told me from their experiences, I walked out with more than half of what I expected to spend)”
