“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“My 4Runner was having suspensions issues. Jon and his team was able to get me in quickly and fix the issue. While picking up my car I was able to leave our other vehicle (2000 Camry) there which was having steering issues. They were able to trouble shoot and fix the problem by the next day. They were able to turn a series of car issues we had at home around in less than 2 days.Service: Steering & suspension repair”
“My 1976 Firebird Trans Am would be trusted to only one shop. Larson's Automotive.They have worked on some of my other vehicles in the past as well. I have always been100% satisfied. My Air-conditioning, exhaust, shocks, tires, its all been taken care of at their facility. Management, customer service and all of the certified professional mechanics will treaty your vehicle like it is their own. The owners and all the guys in back are Awesome. It's great to see repeat loyal customers like myself present when I am at Larson's Automotive. That in itself says everything about their integrity, pricing, honesty and dedication to service.”

“This place has great customer service! I was offered a ticket to get a free small cup of coffee or other drinks from the gas station that is connected to them while I wait. I got my brakes and oil changed from this shop. They checked everything I told them about the issues I had with my car. They inspected the issues and told me the prices & what the issues were before doing anything. The prices weren't too expensive, it was doable. I don't mind going back there again.
Update: They don't offer free coffee/drinks anymore.”

“This place is awesome! I had a dent in my hood from tapping another car’s bumper and my hood was jammed shut. My car hood would not open and I didn’t want to buy an entire new hood for a small dent in an otherwise fine hood, but I needed to be able to reach my oil and coolant in the future. They worked with me to problem solve this weird situation and I was able to open my car hood again in under ten minutes! The people here are so understanding and I was so lucky to find this place without a recommendation on short notice. I hope more people read this and come here to show my appreciation. :)”

“Won’t take my car anywhere else been coming here since back in 2015 when I first heard about them from a buddy. Have had every car I have ever owned fixed here since and never had any problems afterwards Brian, Rich, Brock and the oil change guys they got some new lub tech guys so still learning there names haha sorry have all been good to me and my rides. Prices here are fair I’m getting an alignment done on my Impala as of writing this. I highly recommend Fleming Auto have Told all my friends family and even random people I come across who need car repairs to come here heck anyone reading this who needs work done on their vehicle oil change brakes ect come here you won’t be disappointed.”
“I called asking the service department about a vehicle that was brought in used on trade in 2014. (The vehicle had a Merit Chevrolet sticker on the back.) I needed information about recalls and past repairs, I provided the VIN# and the service department rep was able to tell me that all 8 fuel injectors were replaced in 2013 and the gauge cluster was replaced in 2005 by Merit. This gave me the confidence to purchase the vehicle. I was very happy with the service department's help provided to some non-customer on the phone they didn't know and weren't obligated to help. In my experience if someone can be trusted in small matters, they can be trusted in big matters as well. I don't live in Maplewood but would deal with them in the future if I need a new Chevy and I tip my hat to them today!”
