“A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.

“My 1976 Firebird Trans Am would be trusted to only one shop. Larson's Automotive.They have worked on some of my other vehicles in the past as well. I have always been100% satisfied. My Air-conditioning, exhaust, shocks, tires, its all been taken care of at their facility. Management, customer service and all of the certified professional mechanics will treaty your vehicle like it is their own. The owners and all the guys in back are Awesome. “I read the reviews and was hopeful that an auto shop near me could do an oil change on my car for cheaper than dealerships and other auto shops I contacted prior to stumbling upon Century Avenue Service (CAS). I called CAS and the owner (Jon) was polite and let me know what their availability was (I needed an oil change asap). I asked them if they would do the oil change if I provided my own oil and filter - they do! Jon told me the price and I was immediately surprised by how good the price is. It was almost too good to be true, in my honest opinion. Unfortunately for me, I didn't know as much about my car as I thought I did; I bought 4 quarts of oil thinking my car needed only 4, but turns out, my V6 Camry needs 5 qts. And I also bought the wrong filter (the filter I got was for the 4 cylinder Camry). (I do have a 4 cylinder Camry as well, so i thought they would just be the same. ?) So, my bill was a bit higher, but that was because I didn't do my homework on my own car. Jon and his tech were polite about my miscalculation; 1 qt of their oil and the correct oil filter was added to my bill. I was in and out within approx. 45 mins. I took my daughter and they interacted with and were polite to both of us. Oh, I forgot to mention, as I pulled into their lot, I was greeted outside, a few moments after I stepped out of my car - service is top notch. They also have their dogs with them, so there were moments of excitement while my daughter and I waited in the lobby. I highly recommend CAS for your vehicle service needs. The 5 star reviews are here for a reason, folks!”

“This place has great customer service! I was offered a ticket to get a free small cup of coffee or other drinks from the gas station that is connected to them while I wait. I got my brakes and oil changed from this shop. They checked everything I told them about the issues I had with my car. They inspected the issues and told me the prices & what the issues were before doing anything. The prices weren't too expensive, it was doable. I don't mind going back there again.
Update: They don't offer free coffee/drinks anymore.”

“This place is awesome! I had a dent in my hood from tapping another car’s bumper and my hood was jammed shut. My car hood would not open and I didn’t want to buy an entire new hood for a small dent in an otherwise fine hood, but I needed to be able to reach my oil and coolant in the future. They worked with me to problem solve this weird situation and I was able to open my car hood again in under ten minutes! The people here are so understanding and I was so lucky to find this place without a recommendation on short notice. I hope more people read this and come here to show my appreciation. :)”

“Won’t take my car anywhere else been coming here since back in 2015 when I first heard about them from a buddy. Have had every car I have ever owned fixed here since and never had any problems afterwards Brian, Rich, Brock and the oil change guys they got some new lub tech guys so still learning there names haha sorry have all been good to me and my rides. Prices here are fair I’m getting an alignment done on my Impala as of writing this. I highly recommend Fleming Auto have Told all my friends family and even random people I come across who need car repairs to come here heck anyone reading this who needs work done on their vehicle oil change brakes ect come here you won’t be disappointed.”

“I called asking the service department about a vehicle that was brought in used on trade in 2014. (The vehicle had a Merit Chevrolet sticker on the back.) I needed information about recalls and past repairs, I provided the VIN# and the service department rep was able to tell me that all 8 fuel injectors were replaced in 2013 and the gauge cluster was replaced in 2005 by Merit. This gave me the confidence to purchase the vehicle. I was very happy with the service department's help provided to some non-customer on the phone they didn't know and weren't obligated to help. In my experience if someone can be trusted in small matters, they can be trusted in big matters as well. I don't live in Maplewood but would deal with them in the future if I need a new Chevy and I tip my hat to them today!”
