And, in general, they're operating on a skeleton crew here, so everything takes hours.You gotta schedule any tire work by appointment, due to COVID-19. And it's pretty much booked a week out.Pit stop oil change, $20, they just change the oil and that's it. No appointment necessary. But it can take up to 4 hours. And, if you show up within 3 hours of closing time, you can expect to be turned away because they're booked for the rest of the day.Timing is everything here. Usually, you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes, just to talk to someone. They need more people working the front counter!”
