“I went in to have my brakes checked out as I was smelling them burning as I drove. They checked it out pretty quickly and had a few recommendations of what it could be but had said it would be best to wait as to not replace anything unnecessary and it wouldn't hurt the car. I had gone to Midas and they wanted to replace my entire rear brakes and all so these guy are both extremely nice and honest with their work. My retired mechanic uncle recommends them as well.”

Because everything they suggested, estimated, informed, and even adjusted original estimated time for repairs, was accurate and totally "customer service" focused. I knew each stage the repairs were in and that was comforting, knowing there was progress. I was included in the repairs of my vehicle! How inclusive is that! “Aaron was terrific. He responded almost immediately over labor day weekend. My car died in Belle Plaine on the way back to Saint Paul from Mankato, and a few places I called heard the year and mileage and said it was probably just done for without sounding interested in looking at it. I work in construction and the soonest I could get into a shop was Thursday (he fixed my car on Monday, labor day even). Aaron arrived when he said he would, asked me a bunch of questions about how it happened, and then quickly diagnosed it as simply the alternator. He went with the store with me to make sure I got the right part (and a good brand), and had it shortly thereafter. Service was timely, install was good, and his price was fantastic.
