“The Apple Valley location has really nice staff. They always greet with a smile and set me off away in a good mood. If you join, you get a gift and it changes every month. If you in your old banks card and checks you get $5. When your family joins they also get gifts. They have an app where you can deposit your checks with pictures and Zelle anyone which reduces my phone space. They have been nice enough to forgive overdrafts fees when my work had direct deposit issues. They also have overdraft protection where they just charge you 22.00 for overdrafts.”
“Excellent bank for business and realestate investment accounts. Small town feel and all the online features. Have 10 plus accounts with Tradition. Offer interest and other in progressive benefits that previous banks did not offer.”

“Jenna Williams, who is new employee with you, is an excellent member representative. I arrived at the bank around 4:35. I was trying to take a loan out against my credit card. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you. Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!”

Holly was patient with me, dealing with some other erroneous nonsense, and I applaud her for her patience and fortitude. I hate hearing, “this is the first time I’ve seen this happen,” but at least she was impeccable in her honesty.

“Me and my wife were there last Friday for Notarize service. It was this young lady, Ariana, helped us did all these documents. She was so patient and supportive, it took almost one hour her lunch time. And she even brought in her manager and colleague to work as Witness. I feel bad this is all free service that we could not pay them for all these work, but I do feel happy that we have this WF branch in Edina, so convenient and supportive.”
