Incredible customer service by Emily at Verizon in Eagan. She was patient, professional and so friendly while helping us through some new phone activation issues.

Just okay. Had to wait for at least 30 mins for a rep to attend our query. Didn't have the best time at the shop as well. No good offers, all were kind of very over priced, just named it as deals.
