“I'm putting 4 stars since home Depot is my go and usually has everything I need with easy in and out and a helpful app. Employees are generally knowledgeable and helpful.I'm writing to caution about the lumber experience I had.-I purchased some ply wood off the shelf and had it cut in the back area, no problem there.I then went to pay and found that the price of the wood was 50 dollars more than what the price tag connected to the shelf said. Now granted I'm not a lumber expert, and there was no lumber employee in sight, so I used my best judgement and assumed the price was the tag that was attached to the shelf it was on. That assumption was unfortunately incorrect despite being the case that the label corresponding to the shelf is what you expect in almost any other retail situation.Granted I had already had the cut made, so I asked for someone in lumber who could help me understand, or perhaps there was a mistake. They came over and explained that the tag is for the lumber beneath, and then stated that this mistake happens very frequently and has resulted in lots of returns. They stated there was nothing they could do and that I would need to complete a return on the wood and then choose the one that I wanted knowing how pricing works and act accordingly. They did apologize as well but could tell they where defensive as they had heard this critique many times.Constructive feedback:1. The employee that explained this to me said that there is nothing they can do about the price tagging despite all the returns and confusion they admitted to. Maybe they are correct, so management/corporate, this is your queue to do something, since obviously there is something you can do about price placement.2. If by some weird anomaly you can't change pricing placement, maybe have employees present that can point this out. Or maybe have a price confirmation check when cutting or any other point where suitable.I bought the board because it was needed for my project. I just can't help but feel like this is something home Depot can do something about given the clearly frequent feedback. Seems like a personnel/training or price placement change that could prevent people from feeling bait and switched despite that we "should have known" or should have "known to ask".”

“This is a difficult review to write because Bachman's usually does such a good job. I'm adding a star for past performance. I ordered a multi-colored rose bouquet for Valentine's Day 2024 and picked it up at the store on Valentine's Day. They were in a vase and wrapped in plastic. When I removed the plastic at home, 4 of the roses immediately fell to the side. 2 of the lighter colored roses had already begun to brown. They didn't last. These roses should have been sold or discarded 3-4 days before the day they were sold to me.”

“Busy, but we went on vday so no surprise there. They had good arrangements for what we were looking for and our price range. Lots of unique 'gift shop' stuff to help round out your gift to, if you need it.”

“The store manager Todd is a great guy and helped me today with a facuet I found on the home depot website. The price online was $52.83 but when I went to check out it came to $129.99. I did have to buy it online and use the pick up at store option but Todd was very helpful in the situation.”

“Richfield Flowers & Events provided the bouquets, chuppah and flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was beyond our expectations. We knew it would be beautiful , but they knocked it out of the park. Their staff set everything up and came after the event to take it down and to take away some of the rental items. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. We’re still waiting on pictures from the photographer , so don’t have any to post that shows the bouquets or the tables. The chuppah, we only added simple greenery and floral, but was still quite beautiful One of the pictures posted is of some of the flowers that I brought home after the event. We’re still enjoying them.Greg handled the selection and design and Sharon handled much of the communication, although we did have a couple of in-person meetings with Greg, which were helpful.”

“The first time I went to pahls market was in 2016. My granddaughter played in an area filled with corn. It was a fun time. Later on I went there and the staff were and have been wonderful.”

He has helped us with tiles, carpeting, padding, and any other questions we've had! If we are going to buy trees, scrubs, perennials, or grasses, this will be the place we will look at first. They also sell different fruit trees, berries and vines.”

“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

“I had the best service in a Home Depot or any similar type store thanks to the OUTSTANDING assistance, service, and help that I received about a week ago on a Thursday night. I felt like I got the VIP treatment, he helped take me to the location, drove the heavy flatbed for me, helped load it with HEAVY concrete blocks, quickly drove me back to checkout and told me if I pull my car up, he'll help me load it! I was shocked by his friendly, service with a smile, happy-to-help attitude. I hope he is soon a manager & trainer, because he single handedly created the best impression and experience I've had of Home Depot or any store in about 20 years. No, I'm not kidding.I pulled up, he helped me load the car quickly and with a smile. I had to shake his hand and ask his name. Mustafa he replied. Wow, he should be management and training others. Which I thought was good to have because the store is so big, you can find yourself going in circles if you are not familiar with anything. “Home Depot Apple Valley failed not once, but twice at delivering and installing our washer and dryer we purchased weeks ago! The 1st time they took our old appliances away and then said the new ones wouldn't fit without even measuring. They called later to say that they actually would fit and were going to return in 4 days. We canceled our annual Christmas lights trip to be home today for the delivery and it was canceled without any notice. YOU CANCELED THE DELIVERY WITH NO NOTICE! Now we're told we have to wait 8 more days. You took our old washer and now we have nothing! And you're telling us 8 more days! How unprofessional are you guys. You're a huge company and you can't figure this out. How ridiculous. UPDATE- we have to wait nine more days to attempt delivery again! NINE MORE DAYS!”
