“For over a year I have tried to get help with my phone. I went to two different locations in Apple Valley at least 2-3x each and got nowhere. I wasn't able to receive calls. It kept going straight to voicemail. I finally went in and said I wasn't leaving until this situation was fixed!! They told me that I needed to go over to the Burnsville location because it was a corporate store. Well when I arrived they said that there was no reason why they couldn't figure it out. To cut a long story short. I without a doubt stumped everyone with my situation. But the guy that helped me for over two hours had the best attitude about the entire situation. Not only did he figure out my situation with not receiving calls, but he also caught a big billing issue that was affecting my credit and he started the process with the department that handled this situation and by the time I got home I rcvd a call saying that the situation was taken care of. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. I believe his name was Brenden? Sorry if that was incorrect, it's been a long day. It might be a little further to drive, but it's worth it. I will most definitely recommend this store to my friends that have AT&T!!”

1064 County Rd 42 E, Burnsville“They defenitly need more men working with the young lady she is awesome and helps everybody in a timely matter, I witnessed a young man upset that she didnt give him her number and started harassing her and saying he was going to try to get her fired and wanted corporate number . The young lady was shocked and scared it was embarrassing .”
“Went in hoping they would have what I was looking for: diet squirt, Clorox wipes and dusting air for computer keyboard. The first two items were a no-go, which I expected, there out everywhere. There were a couple employees in the section that were just standing there-I figured I looked well enough and continued on. Once in the dairy section an employee (Kenny) asked how we were and if we were finding everything we were looking for. He got on his walkie talkie and asked electronics and they did have some he asked that employee to point us in the right direction once we walked back over there. Most employees ask if they can help but you know they are asking because they have to but Kenny genuinely cared and helped...oh and I was impressed because he was putting a load of milk and things in the coolers, so he stopped what he was doing to ask us for help when the electronic employees weren't "working" and didn't ask anything. Kenny needs a raise and promotion!!”
