“The store with the A-team on staff. Patient, communicative employees. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. While I was waiting for my turn, I observed the employees teach a disabled person how to use their phone, assist an elderly couple update their phone, and help non-English speakers buy a new phone. Crystal helped me and she was awesome. Explained the warranty to me, let me take my time picking out a phone number (such a stressful decision!), and hunted in the backroom to find the phone case I wanted.Highly recommend this store. It was a great experience overall.”
“We came in the Mall of America store to ask questions regarding updating my husbands phone. We ended up updating my phone as well. Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. “This target has one of the latest remodel designs in the burbs of Minneapolis. I'm loving the department store feel they are implementing into their design. It's easier to see more products than the mile high aisle model. They are still there but the kitchen, baby, electronic, and other sections are faster to find what you want with just a glance. If you can't find something I would just search for it on the app. If you tap on the aisle it says it's in it will give you a real-time map of where you are and where the product is in the store. And no worries if you aren't in your regular target because of your location services it knows what target you are in. It's correct 98% of the time. In the last 8 years, I've only had to ask for help finding something twice. I've never fully understood their checkout with the lanes piggybacking each other. Even though they are fully functional they are just unique to this location from all the targets I've seen. They are nice for when a new lane opens ahead it's easier to get to.”
“The retail worker was friendly when I asked if they had any wired earbuds available at the shop. I was told that there wasn't, but that 5 Below, or Walgreens would have them for super cheap. I was urged to go to 5 Below more because they were a lot cheaper.The store was well-organized. The titles of the newest and biggest hits for the current gaming systems were displayed and easy to see. It was very tasteful. I love going to this GameStop, because they all have such polite and knowledgeable workers, and they have a great selection for games and gaming systems.”
