“The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because if Matt. He stayed well past close to make sure my wife’s new phone worked properly before leaving the store. He was super knowledgeable and informative and helped us with a million questions. Thank you Matt!But, I do not recommend working with Laura. She was obviously waaaayyyy too busy talking Spanish to these five guys, convincing them to all get either new phones or cases or whatever to help us out. We waited for one hour or more (after being told it was going to be 20 minutes) to get helped. This lady knew there were other customers waiting, but she had to flirt with these five guys to convince them that they needed all this stuff.I do not recommend ever dealing with her. Obviously she only cares about getting a sale and not about the customers; unlike Matt!”

“The technician was eligible and helped service the account accordingly. Unfortunately, the service that was needed we needed (order a phone that wasn’t available in store) through the app so that way we could still have a device and order the new one that we wanted to get. But he still took the time and walked us through everything to place the order that needed to be done.”

“Loved it! Went with my best friend! Lots of things they had that Costco didn't have! The only downside was that some of the store smelt like rotten eggs! But other than that it didn't take away from the experience! They had great low prices on items! Decent variety of different types of things! The store was easy to get around and locate things. It didn't overwhelm me the way Costco does. It wasn't too big or too small of a store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SCAN AND GO OPTION! Costco doesn't have the option so you have to wait in a long ass line! But the option to scan and go is there at sam's! It makes things, fast, and convient! Just all around a great first impression. I love how offend Sam's has instant savings on things as well! Sam's club is very underratted tbh. The only thing I wanna add is that they don't really have a big selection for cats and I'm feeling my pet is being left out! But other than that it's amazing!”
