“They've always treated me fairly. They are a big bank yes, but they do have personal banksters on-site. They treat you the way you treat them. Fair. I've been a customer of Wells long before they were Wells. (Northwestern National Bank) Had some rocky times, but overall they've been ok.”

“I've been having trouble logging into my app since changing my phone number. When I walked into this location I was helped immediately (not that I was in any rush). Will was very nice and personable. Our interaction didn't feel robotic like it usually is in other places. Upon his helping, I was also helped by a man named Bruce. He was also very friendly. My issue with the app was resolved immediately. I might've came in with a problem but I left with the realization that these small problems in life don't matter in the end. “Wonderful location. I had previously gotten a loan through this credit union when it was previously called RBCU for my first ever car loan back in 2019. UBB's staff has always provided excellent customer service to me, both personally and professionally. They are a tremendous asset to any community bank.”
