“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“I'm so thankful Buerkle was able to immediately determine what the problem was and get the parts ordered same day. Another shop told me to junk my car, but Buerkle got me approved for a new engine under an extended warranty at no cost. Brian in the service center did a great job communicating every step of the way and even recognized me when I came back almost 2 weeks later (they needed to get parts, no fault of their own) to get my car. It was a scary trip over to AutoZone in Maplewood, but it was one of the few places open at that time. Derrick helped me choose the right bulbs, and then, with me assisting with a flashlight, he replaced both bulbs. Fantastic customer service !!”

“I bought a Porsche Panamera and shortly after someone took a crow bar to the hood and after failing to pry it open, they keyed the entire driver’s side from front to back. Raymond’s was highly recommended and the only recommended shop by other Porsche owners in Minnesota.It took several months to get an appt but I’m glad I waited. I received my car back yesterday looking better than when I purchased it. The detail work was done incredibly well, communication was easy as I texted directly with the person overseeing my car. They went above and beyond for me when I had a last minute emergency with my car needing mechanical work the day it was due to come in.I am so impressed with Raymond’s and would highly recommend without reservation. “This Man . He saved my life, my everything. My car died on me and I didn't have no way to find same part in the whole USA. I went to him hopeless but my problem was no problem to him. After a few hours he gave me my alternator and he didn't seem to have confidence in my judgement for him. He said he fixed it and all I could wish is I wish I knew how to do flips of joy. If I tried I would land head down. I went home and installed the same I had since mine was 4x bigger than what they currently make. I was able to have my limo running.
