Quality and honesty is a privilege for service and shouldn't ever be expected to be traded for cheap. Cheaper shops may misdiagnose and provide cheap parts and labor that has you back in often (ive been there). So if you only want to get your repairs one and done for a long time, I believe this is the shop to come to.”

“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”
