“If you’re looking for solid 11/10 work on your automobile that requires body work and electrical Midwest Collision in Westland is the best option out there, period.When we were involved in an accident in middle December (Front to rear end collision at ~45 mph [Someone stopped on a freeway on ramp as we were trying to merge into traffic]), I had to figure out where to send our car so the tow could properly drop it off at a location that would repair our car. The first location I called said they would not be able to help for 3 months. The second place I called said we can’t help for at least a month. I know that in winter there are a lot of accidents but those times are ridiculous and how can you expect good service when your car isn’t even looked at for more than a month. When I called Midwest Collision and Sam picked up, he made my day. I asked him when he would be able to work on the vehicle and he said as soon as it was dropped off. Music to my ears and some much-needed calm during a stressful situation.In addition to being amazingly quick, he also helped us keep our insurance company honest as well. The adjuster the insurance sent out to look at the car never showed up, and through the information that Sam and Ali at Midwest Collision gave to us, we were able to inform our insurer that no one had been out to see the vehicle and it was delaying the repairs. The insurer fired the adjuster and we were able to get a new one sent out, but it delayed our auto report until after Christmas. I was worried that we would be running up against time with our rental, but Midwest Collision made sure every repair was completed quickly and properly, and we were able to get our car before our 30-day grace period with the rental was exhausted, preventing us from having to spend even more money out of pocket.I wish it wasn’t snowing out right now so I could take pictures for comparison, but just know that it looks like it just rolled off the lot the day we picked it up. Nay we also added OEM Aftermarket headlights that were also replaced. Just absolutely amazing quality work. The interior was cleaner than we had ever seen and it was a joy to get to shake hands with Ali and Sam when we picked it up yesterday. I will never not recommend them to everyone I know. So please read this review and know this is a satisfied customer. It's nice to have a home where I know that I can send my car and have it treated like it was their own.”

“Matt Hatcher brought us (Radiator Hospital) a used Mercedes Benz radiator from a junk yard that he wanted tested. Radiator Hospital charged $28.50 to pressure test his radiator and do a flow check on his used radiator. Any repairs we do are $68.50 and up...We told him the radiator was no good and could be repaired... We been in business for over 60 years for a reason and we do not sell used radiator... We offered to price out a new radiator because his used radiator was no good... Yet he went ahead and put the used radiator in his Mercedes Benz and for some reason wants to give Radiator Hospital a bad rating...”

“Could not recommend this place more. I received a great price on a low mileage Honda motor. They pulled it and had it freighted to Iowa complete with great communication and tracking along the way. I talked to two, maybe three different gentlemen there and all of them were extremely knowledgeable and competent. Motor is now installed and running like a champ. “Came in on a Friday afternoon to get a quote for a new exhaust system. Mark gave me two quotes depending on what was needed and both were reasonable to me. Although he couldn't work on it that Friday told me to come in when they open because their spots fill up quick...9am might be too late. I got there when they opened at 8am on Saturday, Mark told me he would call after they looked at it to give me a more accurate quote and fortunately for me it was the lesser of the two, I gave him the go ahead at 9am and he called me back at 10:30am telling me the car was done. Everything looked good and my car was quiet once again! Mark was honest, professional and to the point, he could've said I needed more than what I did and charged more. They also did an inspection on the vehicle letting me know of any other issues that may need to be taken care of in the future. Overall very pleased with my experience! Thank you!”

“Very epic shop and the owner loves what he does. Mainly classics with a mix of new cars.If you want it done right take your classic car hear. All other classic restoration shops in area don't have techs that are good fast and not keeping your car for years with nothing to sho.I'm a collision tech I get around and lastly I've been searching and interviewing shops and a mix of restoration shops.Nothing compares to this man's facility. Quality and timing on builds.I Did some frame work and metal work there last year. I just happened to be causing by today Sunday and seen him pulling out his fast back. So I stopped in to catch up. Then goigle wanted a review so hear it is ?.Godless in Jesus name.This is the shop I'd take my classics in all downriver js.If you want to see your car done right and in a timely manor. Call him for details. They are super busy so I'd say appointments only. But give them a shout.”

“I brought in my SUV to get my headlights changed and Austin and Mike took great care of me. They weren't able to get the headlights in that night but they were concerned about me driving with a blown light and were willing to send me out with an estimate in case I was to get pulled over by the police. I had brought some lights earlier and left them on the front seat and they put them in with no problem. Excellent customer service and I will be coming back to see them. Highly recommend this location!”

Willing to call around for you if you need the help. As for prices, not too sure about in store, do more of my shopping online and pick up in store ?They could change the car scanner just a little though. Having a printout would be a lot nicer than having to take a bunch of pictures ??”
