“If you’re looking for solid 11/10 work on your automobile that requires body work and electrical Midwest Collision in Westland is the best option out there, period.When we were involved in an accident in middle December (Front to rear end collision at ~45 mph [Someone stopped on a freeway on ramp as we were trying to merge into traffic]), I had to figure out where to send our car so the tow could properly drop it off at a location that would repair our car. The first location I called said they would not be able to help for 3 months. The second place I called said we can’t help for at least a month. I know that in winter there are a lot of accidents but those times are ridiculous and how can you expect good service when your car isn’t even looked at for more than a month. When I called Midwest Collision and Sam picked up, he made my day. I asked him when he would be able to work on the vehicle and he said as soon as it was dropped off. Music to my ears and some much-needed calm during a stressful situation.In addition to being amazingly quick, he also helped us keep our insurance company honest as well. The adjuster the insurance sent out to look at the car never showed up, and through the information that Sam and Ali at Midwest Collision gave to us, we were able to inform our insurer that no one had been out to see the vehicle and it was delaying the repairs. The insurer fired the adjuster and we were able to get a new one sent out, but it delayed our auto report until after Christmas. I was worried that we would be running up against time with our rental, but Midwest Collision made sure every repair was completed quickly and properly, and we were able to get our car before our 30-day grace period with the rental was exhausted, preventing us from having to spend even more money out of pocket.I wish it wasn’t snowing out right now so I could take pictures for comparison, but just know that it looks like it just rolled off the lot the day we picked it up. Nay we also added OEM Aftermarket headlights that were also replaced. Just absolutely amazing quality work. The interior was cleaner than we had ever seen and it was a joy to get to shake hands with Ali and Sam when we picked it up yesterday. I will never not recommend them to everyone I know. So please read this review and know this is a satisfied customer. It's nice to have a home where I know that I can send my car and have it treated like it was their own.”
