Firestone got me right in and kept me informed the entire time, from price estimates and ordering parts all the way to finishing up and explaining their discoveries. They even made sure that I knew what to do for follow up care before I left the building. They were kind and treated me with respect. As far as I can tell, they did exactly what they were supposed to do and was down to earth and real about it.”

“I brought in my SUV to get my headlights changed and Austin and Mike took great care of me. They weren't able to get the headlights in that night but they were concerned about me driving with a blown light and were willing to send me out with an estimate in case I was to get pulled over by the police. I had brought some lights earlier and left them on the front seat and they put them in with no problem. Excellent customer service and I will be coming back to see them.
