“I took my car in without an appointment on a Monday, right when they opened first thing in the morning. I was promptly greeted by several of the service department staff and was checked in. I spoke with my service advisor Zack R. who was able to help secure a loaner vehicle while my own was being serviced. All week I was kept in the loop on the status of my repairs. On Friday I had my car back, which is impressive considering the UAW is currently on strike. Special thanks to Technician Taylor W. who expertly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle under warranty, Kelly and Jen for assisting with my loaner vehicle, the rest of the Service Department staff, the Parts department for securing the part during difficult times, and Warranty Administrator Paul M!”
