“What a great repair shop. I took my car there after it got rear ended. They worked with my insurance company and the insurance company of the idiot who hit me. His insurance paid for everything. They gave me a free loaner car while mine was in the shop. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. They did a great repair job! “I have now received my hood . Shipping was very timely , The packaging was the best I have seen and the hood is stunning . I'm in Canada so it shipped some distance with not so much as a scratch . The underside of the hood is finished as nice as the top . “McDonald Kia provided me with a fair price on a new Kia Van. I was looking for a closeout price on a 2023 model so I called every Kia dealership in Michigan but was unable to find any. The response from their salesperson Cynthia was quick and she followed through unlike most of the other dealers and found a 2024 in my preferred color. I would describe our dealings as no nonsense and straight to the point, which I appreciate. 2 and 3 days later other dealers called back or tried to follow up to sell me a van. I was sure to let them know that they dropped the ball when they had a serious buyer. Cynthia seemed experienced and could not have been more helpful.Constructive criticism for McDonald. I realize that there were staff changes very close to my delivery however the deal should not have taken over an hour to close.My suggestions for improvement would be to handle any sales pitches of warranty or any other ad ons over the phone when dealing with an out of town sale. The Paperwork should have been prepared and ready at my 430 appointment especially knowing that I had a 2 hr ride home. I understand the staff difficulty but the office had all day to get the docs ready, or have the financial guy call me to sell me on any extras. Skip the back and forth to the manager on said extras and give everyone the same great price the first time.Overall this was good car buying experience and I would return to buy here again.”

“I went to one shop first.. I had to make an appointment for the end of the month. No I have to cancel that appointment. Because I drove down the street to pro style. It was a little bit before 3 PM. I told the guy that I had to go pick up my kids. He said "if you can get back here by this particular time. We can do it for you today". You wanna talk about service on the spot. It was even cheaper than the other place. Job well done! Now I have to call the other place in cancel.”

“They put 2 toned leather seats in my new 2017 Ford F150 truck that was all cloth seats. The drivers seat was worn down so they put in a new foam seat under the leather. It feels an looks like brand new. Better than factory leather seats. Very very happy with it. They were able to work with our busy schedule an get us right in. We highly recommend them.”

“I recently took my car to the Garber Nissan Service center and have realized I should not take it anywhere else. I had been to a couple other places this year because they are more convenient for my work schedule. The Quick Lane in Freeland gave me several stories about the squeaking noises my brakes were making... they replaced my brake pads twice.. and apparently they put them back on incorrectly, which Garber fixed yesterday (no more squeaking). Garber was also the only place able to figure out the clunking noise in the front end. Their staff is always very friendly and professional. Thanks Garber!Service: Brakes”

“Anthony Stricker and the loan officer Cynthia were great and worked very hard to get me this vehicle. When I picked after securing financing that process went smoothly. Anthony was with other clients so he handed me the keys, took my picture with the 2016 SUV and said I was all set. I stood there a bit dumbfounded. I had traded in my 2005 Buick LaCrosse, which didn't have all the technology that the 2016 has, and also the move from a car to an SUV. I wish someone offered to go over the basics of all the buttons, like how to turn on the heat, windshield wipers, etc. On the way home the tire pressure warning light came on saying the rear passenger tire was low. The next morning I took it to a Service Center where they filled the low tire and checked all tires, only to discover that it was missing a chrome lug nut on the front passenger tire; I was quite upset that either the vehicle wasn't inspected at all or whomever did it, didn't catch this. I purchased a replacement and it was installed. I wasn't informed that I had a free 3-month trial of SiriusXM Platinum. I discovered this by an email from Sirius. So my experienced is mixed, up to the point of purchase it was great, but the after sale experience was a total fail by my standards.”
