But what impressed me the most was I was driving down the road one day and heard a noise from my tire and happened to pull into there parking lot to check it out since it was right there...these guys heard the noise and seen me pulling, they came out almost running to help me. We noticed I had a couple of lug nuts loose and quickly ran back into the shop to grab their tools and tightened up my tire and had me on my way as fast as a nascar pit crew. They didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or take advantage of the fact I’m a single female. He just told me my air filter is not great but will be ok until next time. “Really phenomenal experience at Kurtz-Hillman Automotive. I'm relatively new to the area and my car started having an oil leak. I'm always worried that auto shops try to upsell everything they can, but the crew there agreed to inspect the vehicle free of charge to make sure nothing serious was going on. They found that the valve hadn't been fully screwed on, which they tightened for me and even offered to inspect it the next week to make sure it wasn't still leaking. Super impressed by this establishment and will definitely be going back for further car needs! My only complaint was the fact that the lobby was pretty smokey from cigarettes, but again I was so happy with the car care experience that I can overlook it :). Thanks for helping me guys!”
