“I absolutely love this pharmacy they have lots of all sorts of stuff from vitamins to candles to baby products. They are always helpful and nice when I come in I always get a hi and a have a good day. I went here for a couple years but there hours didn’t work well with my schedule and I get multiple scripts so I didn’t want the driver come back n forth for me to get all my meds. So I had to leave unfortunately it’s not anyone’s fault you all are amazing at the store and thank you for serving me while I was there.”
“Decent for a small town grocery. You have to understand that means the cost is typically more than Meijer and variety is limited. The quality of food is great. Service is fine. Stock on some products is lacking and doesn't replenish quickly.”
“A while back I didn't have insurance and I needed an antibiotic. I called Rite-Aid and they said it was $123.00. I called Walmart and they said $125.00. I called Meijer and they said it was also $125.00. I finally called Rottenbucher and they told me it would cost me $17.21 without insurance. I told them the price everywhere else gave me and even they were shocked by how much they marked up their prices. Needless to say, I will never use another pharmacy. An added bonus is how friendly and helpful everyone is. I've even called to have help with choosing OTC meds for my children that they've pulled from the shelf for me to pick up.”

“WILCOX PHARMACY is a great place. Steven and the rest of the staff are top-notch. They remember your name when you come to their store and treat you with the upmost respect and privacy. They even do deliveries a couple times a week. The pharmacist is always on site and more than willing to answer all of your questions that you may have. It’s hard to put in words the difference between this small town pharmacy and let’s say a Walmart pharmacy. I guess I should say the difference is night and day. They fill your script in a matter of minutes while you wait with a smile and have a nice day.GREAT pharmacy for Dimondale Michigan. They provide a great service for local people and people who are not local. “I spent years going to a different pharmacy at a large grocery store here in town and the service was terrible, every single time. I made the change to CVS about 2 years ago. I have not had a single bad experience. Not even a “so so” experience. Every time I have a prescription, I get a text telling the status, and it’s never been wrong, the staff is always friendly, they go above and beyond every time I’m there. I’m a customer for life! Well done CVS!”
“Amazed by how large the store was but the really impressive part was how clean neat tidy and organized everything was, the staff were ALL working (very rare) ....a very impressive store. Unusual. I've never seen a Walmart this clean and neat and front faced and wellstocked”

“Oh man not much to say besides I absolutely love shopping at CVS it’s expensive but so worth it. They have great selection of items. I could spend my whole day there. The pharmacy is always on top of my meds for me and fast at getting them ready but lately there has been some new people and they don’t understand everything yet. It is very irritating when they say ummm I don’t know or they just say no we can’t do that when really they can cause I do it monthly with my scripts so I transferred no hard feelings I just don’t like the change I guess(just my opinion) but the store itself is awesomeness and has everything you need my husband bought me this flower almost a year ago from there and it’s still alive it said only 3 months is expected to last but here we are almost a year later and the lady found the perfect one for him(me) that he was looking for he said do you have a black rose she looked and looked until she found this beautiful black and purple rose my two favorite colors he was so happy as so was I and I’m glad to say it’s lasted so long and still kicking!! Well worth the money! Thank you to the lady that helped him find the perfect one!!”

“This is "my" Walmart. While It's not the best Walmart I've been to, over the eleven plus years I've lived in the area, I've seen positive changes made which justify a five star rating. These changes include a commitment to diversity (though you might not be able to see it right now as people come and go); a commitment to a cleaner store and cleaner bathrooms; a commitment to a super-friendly and efficient pharmacy staff; and overall staff who are willing to help you find what you need. Moreover, I've found that (generally speaking) most of the people who shop there are kind and helpful if you need it though most people keep to themselves nowadays (as we really should in this post-COVID-19 world). I noticed the changes when the store made its last major changes with respects to the location of items somewhere around the beginning of the year. When I first moved here, I would've given everything except the pharmacy one star no doubt. Now, I'm appreciative of the people there. My only complaint is that they'd keep moving stuff around but I hope that's over except for normal holiday season/seasonal changes.”

She went out of her way to help me even though I was stressed out and not even particularly grateful at the time. I moved to Lansing about four years ago and tried many different pharmacies local and corporate, this one runs a tight ship and has always done right by me. Beverly up front gets all my love too. She's always bringing light to my day and remembering me. She picks me up if I'm feeling down and I'm so glad she's in my neighborhood.”
