“It's a Meijer. The upper peninsula went out of their minds when a Fred Meijer truck went north over the Mac. To us, it's just another Meijer. But I buy all my food there. Met Mr. Meijer personally at a Meijer company wide picnic. Just a regular guy. Nice as hell. No more picnics. Just a number. Efficient but soulless. Isn't that the way they say it goes?”

“I loved this DG, it just was over crowded with stuff not put away, very unorganized. So it made shopping hard, couldn't find stuff I wanted. I also noticed this DG didn't have up to date items like other DGs. Meaning I had to hold off getting items I needed until I went to another DG but usually to another store all together.”

“Great store, great staff. People complaining about the stuff below, as this is all wrong. There is no mold in the fridge, it is wear and tear on the material used in the fridges. The store is cleaned regularly every day, although they are short staffed, they are very helpful and do their best to serve the community. If anyone has any complaints, go to a different store then.”

“The store always look so nice and clean to me. I always seem to need help in the meat department and when you ask someone there they go out of their way to help you. I also love Drew at the gas station up there. He was so thoughtful and helpful and very nice and I always say it’s so nice to see you again and he says the same thing back. I think he’s just great.”

“They have a reasonable selection of items, for their rather small neighborhood convenience store. You can pick up the things that a typical household would need at a moments notice. Plus they sell alcohol and cigarettes. They even cashed a small check that I received in the mail from the Lansing Housing Authority. You should be aware, this is a neighborhood convenience store so, prices are a bit higher. That understood, the folks that work there are friendly enough. And I could see how it might be a little difficult for someone using a wheelchair, or mobility device such as my walker, may have trouble maneuvering about the place, though it is accessible for both. It is so close to my apartment that I do my fair share of shopping there. All in all, I gave an honest four (4) star rating to the little store.”

“This specific Meijers was very clean, well lit, and overall was one of the better Meijers ive been to. The bathrooms were very clean and the amenities are to a higher standard than everywhere.I did not shop long as this was a pit stop on my road trip. But having just seen the front of the store i can tell the rest is to the same high standards.”

“First of all ?? Malasia you the best. she was the manager at that time of miracle she made it happen . Hopefully I got your name right . I have been doing my mom’s stuffing for the past 10 yrs and I needed to find regular stuffin mix plane . No seasons . Because I make my own flavor my moms stuffing that been in are family for about 40 yrs and counting. I literally went to all krogers , miejers , aldis ..but the only store I didn’t went was Kroger w. Saginaw hwy. She went over and beyond here help thank you again Malasia..”
