“Found this chain while price shipping years ago. My medication ranged from $1,500-3k+ every month at major chains like CVS, and Central was able to fill it under $60 every month for years. They've been my pharmacy through switching doctors, moves, genders, etc. I've had a few issues in the last year, but if I was more organized and on top of things I probably would've been able to catch errors beforehand instead of running out of things because of mistakes on their part. My doctor writes 28day scripts, and it used to be a regular argument to get them refilled before 31 days or whatever. Now I write my dates down and call when it's due regardless, so I don't run out of something because I got the wrong tech on the phone.”
“Ralph and the other staff at Central Pharmacy during the past few weeks have diligently worked to locate and order a medication for me that is on back order across the country. More than 25 other local pharmacies as well as my mail order pharmacy could not deliver. I admire them for their work and friendliness as they searched and kept me informed on progress. Thank you! “It's a Meijer. The upper peninsula went out of their minds when a Fred Meijer truck went north over the Mac. To us, it's just another Meijer. But I buy all my food there. Met Mr. Meijer personally at a Meijer company wide picnic. Just a regular guy. Nice as hell. No more picnics. Just a number. Efficient but soulless. Isn't that the way they say it goes?”

“I called them bc I was in need of a "boot" for my left foot/ankle/lower leg. I had sprained my foot extremely bad & fractured my tibia. They did have what I needed but I had left them a message. By the time they called me back, I had found somewhere else to go.They were super nice.”

“A good place to buy products, where all basic products are available.What distinguishes this store is that the prices are very cheap, and I believe that for an annual subscription of $50, after that you can buy products at prices much lower than what is offered in the rest of the stores.The only problem is that they do not have bags to carry the products when you purchase them, so I advise that you bring bags with you if you are thinking of visiting it.It has free parking, and designated parking for people with disabilities.”

The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. I’m accident prone, so I’m grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.”
“Awesome staff, faster than any other pharmacy I've ever been too on a consistent basis. Even for difficult Rx's over past decade plus neighbor office complex to my pain and rehab care/neurologist, etc. So, pain meds, added to chemo meds, anti-seizure meds,etc. Folks who have worked here have been so supportive, engaged and gave a ton of extra effort for no personal benefit. Other than in the good people who get their best reward out of helping those who are in need in the small hope a single inconsequential act may have an impact on life , or maybe even come back altogether. “After abysmal service at the Meijer pharmacy down the street, I moved all my prescriptions over to Walmart pharmacy. I use their app to keep track of refills and when I see any issues they are more than happy to help me sort them out. Sometimes they're out of a certain medication, but I usually see it come in within a few days. The pharmacists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I miss their curbside service, though. It was very convenient to not have to trudge all the way into the store just to pick up one or two meds (especially in winter).”
“I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this Rite Aid until my recent vaccine appointment. The checkout staff have been friendly, courteous and helpful, the pharmacists knowledgeable and kind, and the staff administering previous vaccines informative and personable. Even the manager on duty on this day was wonderfully attentive to his customers and obviously cared about this store.I scheduled my Covid and Flu vaccine for the Friday after Thanksgiving and was very disappointed with Phil, the individual who administered the vaccine. He walked out of the pharmacy door with his nose in his cell phone and used it to gesture me into the exam room. He barely spoke to or looked at me but instead kept his eyes glued to the phone, scrolling with his fingers, throughout the process. I had to ask him to shut the door so I could pull up my clothes and expose my arms. His first swipe with the alcohol swab totally missed the area where he'd be inserting the needle so I requested he repeat it. I've rarely felt so uncomfortable with someone. Perhaps he shouldn't be the person performing this task--or maybe there should be a rule about cell phone usage when dealing with patients/customers.”

They provide a small town pharmacist vibe of trust and community and as others have stated, they go above and beyond.The pharmacist is accessible for interaction/medicine concerns, very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, honest and friendly. Having worked in pharmacies before, it gets hectic, stressful and the pharmacist & staff have many responsibilities to ensure safe dispensing of meds. They maintain professionalism while having a good repoire with customers.Considering they close earlier than big pharmacies, their quick response and communication with myself & my doctors' offices has been impressive. I really appreciate their delivery service, also.For all of these reasons, I'm a loyal customer. The Pharmacy Tech that did all this was Samantha. Amazing, best pharmacy customer service I have seen since before the pandemic.”
