    Had to drop off a package for health testing. The package was delivered in a timely manner and I got notification from my Doctor's already saying they received my package. Thank you UPS

    Have used UPS more than enough times over the past few years for my business. Never had an issue. Would be nice if they offered bubble mailers for UPS free like USPS does for priority packages and better rates for smaller things. Would switch everything and stop using USPS that constantly loses my packages.

    Nothing special. "Warehouse" type feel. But that is strictly because this is NOT a UPS Store, this is an actual large UPS station where trucks come in and delivery vehicles are loaded. I will say I have always encountered friendly staff.
