How did you lose a package within an hour of a delivery attempt. Whoevers working at your distribution center is stealing. Wont be shipping through ups or receiving through ups again.

The drivers will just mark your package weather delayed if they don't feel like driving through your neighborhood. Very lazy just kicking the can down the road or in this case to the next driver.

From Caesar-Chavez highway you would think that this is not a drop off place but it is. Just turn into The parking lot and go past all the trucks to the building. Park in front and go around to the right side. Enter the sliding door. On left, use their computer to enter your order and print a label. It's easy, they have instructions. Then take it to the clerk on the opposite side. They will accept it and give you a receipt. As a drop off point this is great because it's never as busy as some of the stores are. Very easy to drop off large packages. They're open regular business hours, currently it is 9:30am - 6pm Monday-Friday. Plus I've been there many times and the clerks are always super helpful.

If the management follows up and keeps an eye on the employees' behavior, I am sure a person like Jody won't last a day in the customer service field!!! Her rudeness and the lack of communication skills are unbelievable!!

Im only giving one star to be able to leave this. This is for Jody, your lack of communication amazes me so much i applaud you for representing such a terrible company. Well done on both end. UPS should brag for being the worst hiring decision made, and you should be set as a prime example. You might not get the chance to talk on a personal level, due to your character, but allow me to elaborate some costumer service your ear, please open both ears and keep your mouth shut when a costumer speaks, were not your children lady.

Have used UPS more than enough times over the past few years for my business. Never had an issue. Would be nice if they offered bubble mailers for UPS free like USPS does for priority packages and better rates for smaller things. Would switch everything and stop using USPS that constantly loses my packages.

Nothing special. "Warehouse" type feel. But that is strictly because this is NOT a UPS Store, this is an actual large UPS station where trucks come in and delivery vehicles are loaded. I will say I have always encountered friendly staff.
