Quick and easy. We did get the 5 year good proof plan for $40 which allows you to warranty any stain or any mechanism of the chair. Seems like it may be useful.

It is not easy to please me as a furniture customer, but Bob's Furniture did manage to meet and exceed my expectation. Very professionally done!
