“I was not having the best day when coming in to get new wipers, so I wasn’t the nicest but the mechanic still was very helpful and saw me and my friend struggling to put the new wipers on my car so he came outside and put them on for us. Definitely deserves a raise”
“I do like AutoZone this location has one of the most knowledgeable staffs. She also helped me out with my points that I didn't know I had and she made it so I got a $20 discount with my points. 5815 Grand Haven Rd, Norton Shores“They got me in quick for a DOT yearly. Stayed in contact to let me know of any issues. Honestly the only reason they got 4 and not 5 stars was their hourly price $115 a hour when going rate for the area is $65 to $80. Will I go back? I don't know. If everyone else is busy then yeah probably.”
“Parts as expected. Only complaint, the adhesive came off a damper when I tried to remove the backing. Had to mess with it to get the backing off and put it back on the damper.”
