Can't even get in to balance a steer tire that's off the truck? Kevin says they are too busy! Asked me what company I was calling for, I think being that I'm just a one truck company he didn't have time to help? Will go elsewhere where you don't have to be "special" to get service

Told me they wouldn't work on my truck because it wasn't as big as what they usually work on. Recommended taking a 20 year old truck to a dealership. Smh

They got me in quick for a DOT yearly. Stayed in contact to let me know of any issues. Honestly the only reason they got 4 and not 5 stars was their hourly price $115 a hour when going rate for the area is $65 to $80. Will I go back? I don't know. If everyone else is busy then yeah probably.
