“The best place for parts in town. Usually the lowest prices and usually have the parts you need in stock, even uncommon parts no one else keeps in stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm online trying to find a part and there is no option for vehicle make/model or part you need. Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Fortunately I haven't been in for parts in awhile, but unfortunately I need to now and I'm unable to check the availability and price online so I'll have to stop in. The website could be down for updates or something? Maybe it's not user friendly? But I recommend you give them a call and compare the price, quality, and warranty on your next project? You might be surprised and you won't find friendlier service anywhere in town than you will there. Before the web this store would have gotten A++ rating, it is Worthy of 5+ stars.. You'll agree if you give them a call ...”

“3rd party experience only, gotten many a product from here for all various types of projects, and know that even though I haven't personally been in the shop, they're the people/place to go to around here for seriously...anything...battery. Because if it's not on hand(but usually is) they will get it quick, like 24 max 48 hrs. Everyone I know who did do the actual in person impromptu walk ins, their customer service is retold as usually impeccable, and casual. Support local biz too right?”

“Courteous service when we called them on our twenty year old Ford 350 diesel truck that would not start. We had repetitive problems with the same issue that we had fixed by local repair guy in California. When this happened again while in Michigan we were hesitant as to who to call. After calling Great Lakes Ford, we decided to get it fixed right this time. We had it towed to Great Lakes and they diagnosed the problems as to what was causing the repeat starting issues. They had to order a part, and as soon as they could get it on their schedule got our truck repaired. It was a big relief to have this specific problem diagnosed correctly finally as we have to take this truck back to CA. Shuttle service they offer was really appreciated as well.”
