“Quick, courteous service by employees who take the time to get to know you and seem to truly care about their customers. They all know me by name and remember my children's names and things that they've told them even though all of their accounts and my primary accounts are at a credit union, so we're not in nearly as often as most. If a bank could offer the benefits that a credit union can, I'd transfer all of my financial business to them in a heartbeat.”
