“My daughter & I stopped by the Notre Dame branch of Credit Union 1 and were immediately greeted by Sarai & Jade. We were seeking info about the credit union & products they had to offer. Sarai & Jade were extremely knowledgeable about all of the account options, dividend rates & Mobile banking. Our courtesy stop-by evolved into us opening two new accounts, that same day. Not only were we able to get all of our questions answered, but Sarai also provided further assistance with linking our new CU1 accounts, with our current financial institution, through the mobile banking app. This is an amazing feature, since we live out of state. Sarai also informed us of two branch locations that are close to our hometown. Their customer service, knowledge of services/products, attention to detail and assistance far exceeded our expectations. We felt welcomed and part of the CU1 family from the moment we walked in the door. We will be recommending CU1 and the Notre Dame branch to other family members. If you’re looking for a credit union that services its members and adds that personal touch, stop by the Notre Dame branch.”

“I've been with this bank since 2014. Since then, I have consistently received only excellent customer service. It doesn't matter where the tcf branch is, expect the staff to be fantastic. They always are. Recently, with the pandemic there's been a few changes we've all had to make. That's actually why I've chosen now to post a review. I was there just a few minutes ago to make a withdrawal. The place was really busy. One of the tellers went way out of her way to assist me and make sure I was taken care of even though I had forgotten about the recent covid restrictions that had been put into place.
