“"It's fockin raw!" Anyone who loves Gordon Ramsey? Anyone who loves his show should go to this specific ATM, at very least for a visit. Why you might ask? Season 2 Episode 5 of kitchen nightmares, Gordon Ramsey reviewed a restaurant named J Willie's, in this exact location. "It's as if a herd of Buffaloes trampled the floor" was described as the restaurants floors. In 2015, the building was demolished, and here stands this ATM on it's grave. *iconic waterphone plays*”

“TCU has switched to a new "online banking system". The switch for all customers is mandatory. Well, I switched and now I cannot access Bill Pay. I can log in and access all other accounts but not Bill Pay. Every thing worked before the switch to the "New and Improved" system, but now can't access Bill Pay" This is now day 3 and I have reached out to have this problem solved but have been put off. They say it's on my end. Wanted to talk to Tech Support, but they say there is no Tech Support. Are you kidding, no Tech Support for a bank?Also, the new system looks like it was designed for kids; lots of pictures and less information.8/24/22: After writing the above review, a person from TCU reached out to me. He was very kind and listened to my concern. We spent some time talking and working through my issue. He seemed to be a 2nd/preferred level of tech support that I needed to solve my issue. Thank you TCU. My hope in you has been restored.”
“My daughter & I stopped by the Notre Dame branch of Credit Union 1 and were immediately greeted by Sarai & Jade. We were seeking info about the credit union & products they had to offer. Sarai & Jade were extremely knowledgeable about all of the account options, dividend rates & Mobile banking. Our courtesy stop-by evolved into us opening two new accounts, that same day. Not only were we able to get all of our questions answered, but Sarai also provided further assistance with linking our new CU1 accounts, with our current financial institution, through the mobile banking app. This is an amazing feature, since we live out of state. Sarai also informed us of two branch locations that are close to our hometown. Their customer service, knowledge of services/products, attention to detail and assistance far exceeded our expectations. We felt welcomed and part of the CU1 family from the moment we walked in the door. We will be recommending CU1 and the Notre Dame branch to other family members.
