I was at this store a couple of weeks ago and after waiting quite awhile I was advised that they do not sell phones here I have to order over the phone and that they could not help with data transfer!!!Very frustrating

Customer service was friendly and helpful. It wasn't too busy. Only one person ahead of us on a Saturday morning.

Need to pay attention to appointment times on TV screen and not take people ahead that didn't have an appointment.
