“This store is the most horrible store I've been to. They give false information just to lock you in to a plan and tell you how to beat there own system to get you to purchase phones turn it on then you get cut off by Metro because this store waived a fee that has you locked in to cut off your services to get you to pay more fees . I understand the young homely girl is trying to earn. Commission but come on dude. Y'all act like y'all desperate to make money ..went back to get a phone through my insurance and was told to break my phone more because it didn't have and cracks. Then my other line I was told that they didn't take dropped phones after a year of paying insurance on the phones sick of y'all dropped calls and the phone only last a good 6 month. The black lady that work there doesn't know how to talk to nobody”

I had to buy a new phone and I' not tecky!!Will and Tyler BOTH DESERVE A BONUS.They are both patient and helpful AND have to deal with all the "South Haven people & all the challenging Issues."They are both awesome with all the customers. Please consider a bonus for them !!! (I'm not sure how many people would be as patient as they are).”

First young man was not listening & when phone did not work & just wanted to make calls & receive calls.So when we arrived at home, away from the store. And "no" book in box,Had to run back up & a nice young lady (girl) fixed the phone, so we could make calls & receive them as well. Thank you!”
“I stopped in while in the area. Someone recently shared the Wild Fable clothing line and I wanted to see it in person. This target was well stocked with a variety of colors and sizes. It's a casual fall color themed display. It's also back to school time! There were lots of supplies and snacks available! If you're looking for a well stocked store, this one delivered today. The store is clean and checkout was fast!”
“Josh was so helpful today !No trouble at all switching over to Spectrum. Although it did take a while to transfer that was not Spectrums fault. My prior phone service has iffy customer service so the communication with them was making the job harder for me, but Josh knew exactly what to do !Josh is very knowledgeable and patient in his work and was prepared for everything he needed to do to get the job done. “Went the the Verizon store in portage and had a terrible experience so I decided to go to this one instead and we ended up getting to the store 30 mins before close. Needed a new phone because my girlfriend destroyed hers. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Jacob? I can't remember his name for sure but he was the most helpful guy I could have gotten. He got us all set and out the door in under 15 mins even including two hiccups in the purchase process. Most helpful person I could have ever hoped for. If you guys read your reviews take care of this guy. Jacob if you get to see this, thanks for your help we really appreciate it.”
