“Went the the Verizon store in portage and had a terrible experience so I decided to go to this one instead and we ended up getting to the store 30 mins before close. Needed a new phone because my girlfriend destroyed hers. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Jacob? I can't remember his name for sure but he was the most helpful guy I could have gotten. He got us all set and out the door in under 15 mins even including two hiccups in the purchase process. Most helpful person I could have ever hoped for.
