“I was recently involved in an accident in November, in which my vehicle has been in the shop since then, and I discovered this location on 14 Mile Rd and VanDyke in Warren, MI. I have to admit it's been the best service I've ever received. The service from Tristian, Bill, and their manager has spoken volumes, I could not thank them more and this Enterprise location for making me feel comfortable after an accident. I have rented 4 cars from them, and the customer service is absolutely amazing every time! I work for a high-volume mortgage company in downtown Detroit, in which I believe the client always comes first, and these 3 have gone out of their way to prove my point that clients do always come first! Even with other customers that I've noticed while I've been in the location, I've noticed that the customer service they provide to everyone is amazing. They've gone out of their way to prove this to me, and a perfect example of helping every client, every time! And in turn, the great customer service they provide reaches further than just myself. With me being able to arrive at work with the cars I've rented from them, that not only assists myself, but it assures that I can help to make sure that the clients of company I work for receive a great experience as well, and that speaks volumes, I highly recommend this location, it is always an amazing experience and I will continue to recommend this location, Tristian, Bill, and their manager to anyone!”

“I cannot recommend Brad and Pristine Car Rental enough!!! If you are in need of a rental car in Michigan, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, I have never been taken care of in the way I was taken care of by Brad and his team. Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable and lower than any other agency, they went out of their way to make sure I got my car when I was sick. I was in town with the musical Wicked and fell ill while taking care of my son. Brad offered to drive the rental car to me so that I didn't have to make the drive myself while feeling so sick. He literally dropped the car off right outside the door of my airbnb. I have never received such wonderful customer service. My experience with Pristine Car Rental was UNMATCHED and I travel for a living, having worked with a multitude of rental car companies. This was BY FAR the best. I only wish they had companies in every state so that I could use them all the time. Thank you so much, Brad, Holly, Frank and everyone at Pristine Car Rental! 100 stars!!!!”
