“I was recently involved in an accident in November, in which my vehicle has been in the shop since then, and I discovered this location on 14 Mile Rd and VanDyke in Warren, MI. I have to admit it's been the best service I've ever received. The service from Tristian, Bill, and their manager has spoken volumes, I could not thank them more and this Enterprise location for making me feel comfortable after an accident. I have rented 4 cars from them, and the customer service is absolutely amazing every time! I work for a high-volume mortgage company in downtown Detroit, in which I believe the client always comes first, and these 3 have gone out of their way to prove my point that clients do always come first! Even with other customers that I've noticed while I've been in the location, I've noticed that the customer service they provide to everyone is amazing. They've gone out of their way to prove this to me, and a perfect example of helping every client, every time! And in turn, the great customer service they provide reaches further than just myself.
