“Stopped by here randomly because I was in the area and realized I needed an oil change. So glad I did! Very thorough and honest; pointed out that my headlight was out so I could get it changed, showed me my dirty air filter so I could replace that too, and showed me the clean oil on the dipstick when oil change was completed. They have reasonable prices too and everything was very quick! Highly recommend”
“My visit to Genesis service department (12/05/23) was outstanding and the service job was completed in about two hours. The service department dropped me off at work (Ron) and then picked me up during my lunch break (Kirk), this was a wonderful bonus service. Nick was my service representative for this visit, and he was very helpful along with the service manager who went over the safety report with me. The bottom line is that I am giving this visit five stars.”

“I came in for front brakes and rotors. I also had an engine light on that another mechanic told me the code was reading that I needed a new catalytic converter. The catalytic converter repair at minimum would have been $1,500. I also asked Mike to check my AC and recharge it if need be. He told me the cost to have my AC recharged. He kept in contact as he went through each repair. He informed me that the code for the engine was a recall with Chevy and that I needed to take it to the dealership, and also told me that my AC was fine and that I did not need to have it recharged. I appreciate the honesty as a woman taking a car into a mechanic shop by myself. He was honest, respectful, timely, and very professional!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone. Like the sign says, Square Deal!My wife had an Escape we bought from Chris and his wife, who better to buy a vehicle than from your own mechanic that you trust? What was his wife's vehicle became my wife's and it never let us down. I drove a lot of Econoline E250 work vans over the years, used, mostly around 15 years old. Chris and I had a running joke when he would call me after diagnosing what ever problem there was..."Well Mark, its gonna be $950 bucks," he would say.Then I would laugh and he would laugh and both say, "Its always $900 bucks!"Of course, the actual price varied between $850 and $1250 on those sort of services. Once and a while it would be something simple and the price would be under $200 bucks and then we could laugh again, "You mean its not $900 bucks?"The real bummer is, that after Chris and the guys do all that work, and the transmission or something goes out....That's another great thing about Square Deal, Chris tells you when there is someone else better qualified for a particular thing OR when its just plain not worth it.No better deal than a Square Deal!Services: Electrical repair”

It's all electronic, with all parts of the quote broken down with pictures and price. You select what you would like fixed and approve.They have even told me which items aren't a priority for now, and what can wait for later, which I really appreciate.
