“Eddie, Abe & Mike were all great! This was the best car purchase/dealer experience by far! The customer service was impeccable. I found a truck perfect for my son. Test drove it on Friday and fell in love with it. I expressed my interest, but wanted to bring my dad to check it on Saturday. Although someone else also expressed an interest as well, they made it known the truck would only be available to them if I didn’t purchase it. Needless to say I did and my son is extremely happy! Thank you gentlemen, great business!”
“I highly recommend using this service. I used it for my daughters prom and her driver Fred made her feel very comfortable. He pulled up, opened the door for her and made her feel like the black beautiful queen she is! Fred was very professional, prompted and informative! “The lady who waited on me was so helpful and friendly. I wish I caught her name so I could give her credit. She was fast, polite, complimentary and efficient. Her boss actually came over when she was helping me and started reprimanding her for not standing up while she was working. She was doing an excellent job sitting down. I saw more of a problem with her being lectured in front of clients. Any way, the car was clean and I was happy.”

“Easy in, easy out. Could not have been more painless. Car had a minor dent when I picked it up. Noted with attendant when leaving lot. Security deposit was back in my account the next day after dropping off. Would have been a 5 star, but the car was not as clean as would be expected for the price.”

“We were very satisfied with our rental and checking in and out. I was a little surprised that nobody walked around the car with me to check for damage before leaving the lot. I did take pictures all around the car before I left the lot. Very easy to drop off and to catch a shuttle back to the airport.”

“I found out last minute, that I would need to get a rental car after I landed in the Detroit Wayne Airport. I expected to wait a long time to get a car, since I did not have a reservation. However, that was not the case at all. The National team members were very friendly, and as a National Emerald Club member, they were super accommodating and let me pick my vehicle quickly and easily and get on the road promptly. They treated me like I was a family member or an old friend. Checking back in was also a breeze. It did take a while for the shuttle bus to arrive and take me back to the airport for my return flight, but all in all, I am very satisfied with the National team at the Detroit Wayne Airport. Well done!”
