You never find the vehicle you select on the app. What the point of being a preferred plus when the treatment doesn’t align with the adjective. So far disappointed in the overall experience at DTW location, wish the customer service was more courteous and helpful.
The app NEVER works and every time I rent I wait in a line of 10-15 people with one person working the desk and going in and out to find every car. Why bother with preferred status or the app? I will book every other agency before Avis and only book them if I don’t have another option, it’s always a pain.
